California Winegrower Foundation was formed in 1972 by a group of regional wine grape growers who shared the common goal of improving working conditions for agricultural employees. These visionary growers also recognized the importance of employee benefits to attract, retain, and reward loyal fieldworkers. The organization was founded on these guiding principles, and to provide benefits and services for the local ag community.
